Arts and Cultural Districts

Helpful Links and Information

If you're a New Mexican, chances are you have heard of our growing number of Arts and Cultural Districts. But you may not know much about the program. Here is a link to the page for more information.

And following are links to the current Arts and Culture Districts operating in New Mexico.  Click a link to visit them.  And plan to real visit soon! They all have great activities and events and some have spectacular museums and Art Center.  You really must visit the Old Pass Gallery and spectacular restored Shuler Theater which is still operating!

First up is Artesia.  Unfortunately the link to thier disctict is not functioning.  We'll add it once it is fixed.

Next is  Gallup:  http://www.gallupculturaldistrict.org/

Now check out Creative Los Alamos!  https://www.creativelosalamos.com/

Don't miss Mora! http://www.ourmora.org/

And Historic Raton:  http://acd.ratonmainstreet.org/

Silver City is not be missed!  http://silvercitytourism.org/acd/

It is likely we'll be adding more incredible Arts and Culture Districts down the road.  Honor your fellow New Mexicans and visit these cities.  It takes and incredible amount of work to create, build and sustain an ACD (Arts and Cultural District.)

And if you are the Director of the District in your City, please join us and tell us all about your special operations and programs!
